And We have not created the heavens and earth and all that in between them except with Truth; and indeed, the Hour is coming, so you overlook their deeds with compromising mind.
It is told in verse 21: 16: “And We did not create the heaven and earth and all that in between them in playfully”. Lord ask through verse 23: 115: “Then did you think that We created you aimlessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" In Verses 51: 56-57 Lord says: “I have never created Jinns and men except that they have to serve Me alone; I don’t want any sustenance from them, nor I need them to feed Me”. It is told in verse 45: 22: “Lord Allah created the universe with the Truth to reward every soul with whatever it earned”. Lord’s Book was not codified during Messenger’s period. So, the Meccan pagans were given forgiveness. It is told in verses 7: 198-199: “If you are calling Meccan pagans into the Guidance, they will not hear, and you can see them staring into you while they are not seeing the Insight. You hold the means of pardon, you command with the Justice and you neglect the ignorant”.
Adhikr is the Truth and Proof revealed upon all 313 Messengers to warn people that there is no deity except Lord and you serve Him alone as told in verses 21: 24-25. Today, Adhikr is formed as the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book. But the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar by hiding and rejecting Adhikr are leading their life in play and amusement as explained in verses 7: 50-51. They are following 29 pseudo-prophets and are hurrying for the Doomsday. So, the believer who testifies Adhikr is banned from seeking forgiveness for the hypocrites and Mushriks even if they are a close relative of him as explained in verses 9: 84-85 and 113-114. Instead, he is commanded to do great Jihad with Adhikr against them as explained in verse 9: 73. He propagates Adhikr which is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium to the whole world for forming harmony of mankind. He also does deeds that are beneficial for nature and the 1000 communities of Lord’s creatures. See explanation1: 3; 3: 159 and 14: 28-30.
